Returns & Refunds


We want you to love your jewellery but if for any reason you wish to return it we will be happy to provide a refund.

Please contact us at saturnaliajewellery@gmail.com for the correct return address.  Do Not return items to our London address as parcels will not be accepted and will be returned to sender - we cannot issue refunds until we receive the returned item.
 
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and return the item within 21 days, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings.

Please ensure that the parcel is adequately protected and we would suggest that tracked/recorded postage is used as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK or EU, you will need to complete a Customs Declaration form. It is important that the form is marked as "Returned Item/Returned to Vendor" to avoid customs fees being wrongly applied when re-entering the UK.

**Please note that any customs charges incurred due to failure to correctly fill out the Customs Form, will be deducted from the refund.**

We are unable to refund original or return postage costs.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the returned item being received; unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded.
